The discount kicks in 30 days after your first day of work. The only time they waive this is if you are hired for the Christmas season, and then it starts right away. Also, we opened a new store and were allowed to shop at a special event a few days before the store opened to the public and use the discount, but after that we had to wait 30 days.
The employee discount is based on “cost + x%.” We aren’t allowed to disclose it, but you can find the information by doing a web search.
